Obsolescence Mitigation & Support

RF and wireless systems are among the most complex developments undertaken. Unlike many digital applications, “off the shelf” systems are not readily available for the majority of radio-related systems. LRIP validatioN

Before any product is ready to manufacture a single final unit, let alone widespread distribution, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) must occur in order to validate the readiness of the final prototype. Our LRIP services yield invaluable feedback on your product; validation through operational testing and evaluation occurs before investments into manufacture prove costly if a flaw is discovered. 

Turn-key Services

We offer manufacturing services for nearly any RF-related product. Having successfully manufactured our own products since 2003, we added Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to our portfolio of services in 2010, and have continually grown to meet our customers’ wide range of needs. We offer full turnkey solutions, handling all aspects of purchasing and logistics, full inventory control, fabrication of custom enclosures and of course, Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA). We have a quality assurance team dedicated to ultimate customer satisfaction, and offer direct-to-end-user fulfillment. From small technical widgets to complicated multiple assembly systems, our manufacturing team has the tools to deliver.

Repair & Support

We can troubleshoot and repair all types of RF devices and systems, including those we do not manufacture. If you’re having trouble finding a repair source, we may be able to help. More than simply a manufacturer of high quality RF products, RDG delivers exceptional customer and product service long after the sale. We have adopted systems designed to keep customers' downtime low, with quick turnaround repairs, factory recertification of products, and a desire to exceed customer expectations. 

Additionally, we are a DoD repair hub, handling repairs for multiple products of our own design, as well as other products where the original manufacturer “no-bid” the government, creating potential system stopping problems to overcome.
